Yarrabilba is a vibrant, growing community featuring a diverse population of young people who are eager to play a part in its development. Through this consultation project we worked collaboratively with the Yarrabilba community and young people to conduct research aimed at informing the design and development of future youth programming and infrastructure at Yarrabilba. The consultations with young people was approached using a peer research model, an action-research approach to working with stakeholders, and is a well-established model for engaging young people.
